The Reed Elsevier PLC Board consists of a balance of executive and non-executive directors. The two executive directors are: Erik Engstrom, our Chief Executive Officer and Mark Armour, our Chief Financial Officer.

The seven independent non-executive directors working alongside them are: Anthony Habgood (Chairman), Mark Elliott, Adrian Hennah, Lisa Hook, Robert Polet, David Reid and Ben van der Veer.
