MIPCOM is the leading international entertainment and digital event for co-producing, buying, selling, financing and distributing entertainment content across all platforms.   • MIPCOM 2010, which took place 4-8 October in the Palais des Festivals, Cannes, brought together 12,400 delegates from 100 countries.
  • With over 1,200 executives attending from Asia, MIPCOM welcomed the largest-ever Asian entertainment delegation to travel outside the Asia Pacific region.
  • MIPCOM 2010 saw a host of high-profile stars attending. Lionsgate’s popular US series “Mad Men” was chosen as the series for the first-ever MIPCOM World Premiere Television Screenings. “Mad Men” stars, Elisabeth Moss and John Hamm, spent four days doing interviews and photo shoots, in the process promoting their show and MIPCOM.
  • MIPCOM 2010 welcomed international consumer names such as Red Bull and Skechers, social media giants Facebook and several major advertising agencies.
  • The inaugural VIP Branded Entertainment Summit brought international consumers together with entertainment content producers and mobile operators to discuss how content, brands, ad agencies and all platforms can work together to deliver content to consumers across all devices.
